Hot and Cold Water Dispenser

Hot and cold dispensing can support drink preparation and everyday workplace use. The practical comparison is the volume available at each temperature during busy periods. For a Sabah pantry, evaluate hot-water recovery and cold-water recovery separately instead of treating the unit as one combined capacity.

Plan temperature demand independently

A team preparing several hot drinks may have different needs from users filling cold-water cups. Ask for the selected model’s tank sizes, rated recovery and operating settings. Review the hot outlet controls and any lock feature in the manual. Product temperature options do not establish treatment performance, so confirm the filtration arrangement as well.

Hot, ambient and cold: compare each requirement

Three-temperature equipment provides different dispensing options, but storage is divided between those functions. Decide which temperature is most heavily used. A large ambient tank may not help a cold-water peak, and more cold storage may not meet a hot-drink preparation peak. Check the particular variant and its recovery information before assigning a capacity to the whole unit.

A selection mistake to avoid

Descriptions such as three temperature should be read together with the model data. They do not establish that every tank has equal capacity.

Which model has separate tank figures in SWFI’s listing?

K-175-3F lists 5 L hot, 18 L ambient storage and 3 L cold. Confirm current operating and recovery data for the intended use.

Planning the enquiry in Sabah

Place the unit where users can operate it comfortably and spills can be managed. Include the electrical supply and ventilation clearances in the installation review. Record who will clean the dispensing area and inspect the equipment. SWFI’s direct-in product listings include temperature options; verify the exact configuration and available model when requesting a quotation.

Information to prepare

Will the water stay at the same temperature during repeated use?

Performance depends on the model, operating conditions and demand. Review the rated recovery data and discuss the expected peak use.
